It seems that things are going from bad to worse for VW as the diesel emissions scandal continues to rock the motoring world. Michael Horn, president and chief executive of VW group in America has been summoned to testify before U.S. lawmakers on Thursday, 8th October. Europes' biggest automaker admitted to installing defeat technology in millions of its vehicles in an attempt to cheat pollution tests. Horn will appear before an investigations panel of the House of Energy and Commerce Committee. Last month the group CEO Michael Winterkorn was fired and it seems as investigations continue, that other executives may also face the axe.
